a. If you are experienced you may or may not want to use a New Agent

b. Spend to much time teaching them, not helpful

c. Won't know how to negotiate with buyers or seller's agents

d. Experienced agents will know the market better.

4) They pressure you or make you feel bad

a. During negotiations.

b. To get the deal done regardless of how comfortable you feel with the offer.

c. Sarcasm in their voice — I stop this IMMEDIATELY

d. May say things like, “it's your loss”

5) Putting Their Interests Before Yours

a. Their commissions, reputation, future business with your buyer or seller.

a. Doesn't return your calls in a timely fashion.

b. Always getting the Voicemail.
